We got here a bit early and could not get in until 3 PM( I understand you can request early check in , as it’s not staffed there is no flexibility if you do not do that), also there is no storage available for luggage although there is a storage just up the road. Overall it was a good experience.”

Muchísimo ruido del tráfico y de peleas y gritos continuos en la plaza donde daban las ventanas,ha sido horrible. Era una tercera planta y no nos informaron que el ascensor lleva tiempo estropeado”

“I arrived in the evening to a door that would not open and proceeded to spend 20 minutes unsuccessfully trying to get in the apartment. I finally went downstairs to locate an emergency contact number. Every subsequent time I would try to enter the apartment, it was a 5 minute struggle with the door. I am certainly not the first or only person with this issue yet the host had not properly prepared to include instructions and contingencies in their arrival information. When you arrive at the end……
