"Hotel itself was great. Room was clean. Location cant be beat. Staff were very friendly. The only reason i rated it less than perfect had NOTHING to do with the hotel. Cannot stress enough—-the hotel was terrific! Heads up to travelers. The town of Portosin is nearly dead in the off season. The town (and many others in the area such as Porto Do Son) need to figure year-round activities to encourage ongoing tourism. "The property is a beautifully updated historic structure. They have retained the charm. The bar/restaurant was excellent, outdoor dining was lovely, beds were comfy, room was spacious, and staff were helpful and unobtrusive. Taxi service to Santiago de Compostela was available but a bit pricey. If you have a car, parking is plentiful. I would stay again!"
