A cost effective alternative to a hotel stay for large groups, our third deluxe property 'The Green' inspired by the 148th Open at Royal Portrush sleeps up to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms - 7 or 8 individual beds (1 king bedroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 super-king bedroom (or split into 2 single beds on request) , 2 triple bedrooms (each comprising a double bed and a single bed). Main bathroom, en-suite, another shower and basin and 2 more WCs/ basins.

Situated on the scenic North Antrim coast it's a short walk to the amenities of Portrush town centre and the Harbour/Ramore. Royal Portrush G.C. and a host of tourist attractions are on the doorstep.  
  
Appealing to families, golfers, surfers and groups of friends alike, The Green offers the ideal location to host your getaway on the Atlantic coastline. Big birthday or other family event coming up - bring everyone away to celebrate in style!  
  
The Green is the third deluxe property from Luxury Portrush Holiday Homes. Fully refurbished and launched in September 2019, it was inspired by the hugely successful 148th Open at Royal Portrush. The golf themed ' The Green' displays canvases and pictures from The 148th Open and local Northern Ireland sights and scenes. It has 7 or 8 individual beds. Perfect for 2 - ‘four balls’. Each bedroom is named after a prolific local golfer, including Shane Lowry - the winner of the 148th Open.. The property also overlooks the large green space in the development - great for exercising and walking dogs, with stunning views over the green from the first floor living room. There is a sunny, fully enclosed patio area with BBQ and seating for al fresco dining and relaxing.

This red brick, 3 storey holiday home extends to 2000sq ft and displays pictures and canvases of the 148th Open and local Northern Ireland sights and scenes. The property has been extensively refurbished with all new furniture, soft furnishings, decor and appliances.   
  
Elephants are a decorative theme in the property, as symbol of good luck, fortune and protection. Each well provisioned bedroom has its own theme and high quality bed linen and towels are provided. Each bedroom is named after a local golfer.

Fully fitted and equipped large dining kitchen with wall mounted 49 inch smart TV. plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Cooker, hob, dishwasher and integrated fridge.   
  
Integral garage with utility area comprising washing machine, tumble dryer and washing line.   
Large integral garage. Great for storing golf clubs, bicycles, mopeds, scooters, luggage etc.

Stunning first floor living room with Juliet balcony, overlooking the green. Sumptuous brocade curtains and cushions with gorgeous grey leather seating. 2 - 3 seaters and 1 - 4 seater. There is a wall mounted 55 inch HD Smart TV

Grey fabric king sleigh bed. Red and grey checked bedding  
Smart TV. Feature canvas of Tall Ships Belfast in 2015\. Complete with en-suite shower room with grey wall tiles

In tones of purple, silver and grey with views over the green. A superking bed (or split into 2 single beds on request). Wall mounted HD 'smart' TV.   
  
Bedroom 4 – ‘McDowell’  
Triple bedroom (single bed and double bed) In tones of black, grey and yellow. Bedside shelves and wardrobe. Wall mounted HD 'smart' TV. Feature canvases of the iconic Belfast cranes at Harland & Wolff  
  
Bedroom 5 – ‘Harrington’  
A striking blue and turquoise room with canvases depicting Belfast Harbour. A double bed and a single bed. Ample drawer and wardrobe space. HD 'Smart' TV.  
  
Main Bathroom - With bath, shower cubicle, basin & WC with grey tiling. Sumptuous 600gsm high quality dark grey towels are provided. One bath towel and 1 hand towel per guest.   
  
The property sleeps 12 guests with 8 individual beds. Perfect for 2 ‘four balls’!

#### A real home from home

We (a group of 8 women) stayed for two nights and all wished we could stay longer. This house has everything you could want and more - cosy living room for lounging, great dining table in the fantastic kitchen. Each bedroom was beautifully furnished with a TV and even a hairdryer in each. The location was great for us to nearby Portrush and Coleraine but it is also good for many other places of interest nearby. The host Joanne could not have been more helpful. We will definitely be returning and I would highly recommend it.
