We found this place on a whim. We were heading up to Acadia and stopped half way to break up the trip. Staff was very accommodating, they gave us rooms close to the lobby so my 86 year old mother didn't have to walk that far. Rooms were clean and spacious and close to the highway and restaurants. If we're up this way again, we'll definitely stop here.

Everything was clean, neat and refreshing compared to other hotels I have stayed at! Great spot to eat right next door called The Chop Shop! Thr staff was extremely friendly and nice! Loved having the balcony! AC worked extremely well! And absolutely LOVED the grandfather clock in the lobby, exactly like the one I have at home from my grandma! Will stay here again and recommend this hotel to others! Also only 8 minutes away from Hampton Beach! 10/10!

The room smelled clean when you first walk, the air conditioner barely worked, door to the balcony was awful to open and the TV was not working and when they got it to work all it did was buffer. The place was not worth the money we paid. Also the couch has scene better days

Staff were very kind and helpful. They even allowed us to check-in early, as my daughter was feeling ill, and I picked her up early from school so she could rest. Comfortable beds. Do be sure though to lock both the deadbolt, and chain lock on the door. My daughter and I had people attempt to walk into our room twice during our stay.
