With a mattress and pillow update this could be a gem. Great staff who have been working there for long time. Easy access from highway well marked and super easy to get back on Amazingly quiet compared to highway access. Staying on my lust

We had a handicap room. I needed to be on the 1st floor or near an elevator. The room wasn't exactly close to the entrance where you park, but not too bad. The shower was ridiculous - the whole bathroom floor had water. The room was very nice, the amenities were good - ask for extra towels - they only give 2 per room. It was very quiet and very close to both Hampton Beach and Salisbury Beach (which isn't as nuts as Hampton Beach). Loads of places for food very close. It could use a nice patio area where you can sit outside in the morning and drink your coffee. I saw no benches at all on the property. Mediocre breakfast, but free is free.

They put us on the ground floor first room was infested w bugs and ants 2nd room bed was broke and stunk real bad Mouse traps all over hotel not stupid to know what that means Very rude staff I’ll never use this hotel again Too expensive for this …. Breakfast was great !!

We were assigned a room in the basement that had a strong mildew odor, which made for a very unpleasant stay. The staff was apologetic and gave a discounted rate after we complained. However, the hotel should not be assigning those basement rooms until they resolve the mildew issue.

There was a very rude guy there at the front desk and women who were very rude and disrespectful towards my husband and embarrassing him infront of every guest at the breakfast the cleaning staff where nice whos name was junior was very respectful towards us but the guy and woman at the front desk are very rude

The breakfast was good, hotel was quiet. The rooms were a little dirty, the bathroom and the bottom of the bed skirt. The bathroom door lock core came out and the door knob came off. There was no clean towels because they were still in the dryer so we had to reuse wet towels on our last day.
