Our stay was magical! Amazing views, clean room and premises, truly lovely staff willing to make our stay the best possible, and DELICIOUS breakfast by the sweetest Tina. I truly hope to make my way back to Positano and get the chance to stay here again. My husband and I made long lasting memories thanks to Hotel Florida.

Amazing place to stay in Positano. You truly can’t beat the view of the city from this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was 10/10, plenty of options, fresh and delicious. You won’t regret staying here while visiting Positano.

I could not recommend Florida Residence more! The staff were very kind, helpful and welcoming. They arranged a pickup from the airport for us and made my boyfriend and I both feel very comfortable and at home! The apartment style room we stayed in was very spacious, clean and had everything we could need. The location is perfect for not being too busy but still great and close to beaches, restaurants and shops. I 100% would recommend Florida Residence to stay in Positano!!

The room was honestly beautiful. The balcony was insane. We had the apartment which was honestly phenomenal so big. The staff was so nice and helpful and always there to answer our questions. Breakfast was delicious. Good options truly recommend this place.

This may very well be my favorite place I have ever stayed. I have no complaints, only compliments. The property is gorgeous, the rooms are lovely, the view is unreal, the staff is incredibly kind and helpful, the location is great. Seriously, cannot say enough. Absolutely delightful! Agnello and Amalia were incredibly helpful with ensuring a seamless check in and check out process, providing great tips on how to effectively explore Positano, and coordinating flawless transport to and from Positano. Loved our apartment stay here! The owners are so kind and attentive to all our needs. We made full use of our private terrace for sunrises and sunsets. Clean and comfortable rooms. We enjoyed the breakfast everyday and there was a wide variety of items to choose from for vegetarians too! Amazing cappuccino with the best views of the town. Location was perfect for a more quiet stay with just a 15-20 min walk down the road (no stairs) all the way to city centre and an option to bus up with the stop right infront of the hotel. Additionally, Pupetto beach club was also a quick 10 minute stairs down. We really appreciated the warm welcome with a bottle of wine and the fact the stay had shampoo and conditioner. Only thing I would add is that the check in instructions should indicate how to get up the stairs to the church in order to get to the bus stop/ taxi stand with luggage in case you are uncomfortable using the porter service.

It's a bit tricky to find but once you do, you're in for a treat. The suite was large with breathtaking views and it's not in the hustle bustle part of the city. You can still easily walk to shopping and beaches. We loved the suite and the staff and included breakfast were amazing.

We booked an apartment with a washing machine, private patio, and amazing views. The location was ideal, right next to the steps leading to all the beach clubs. The air conditioner was efficient, and our friendly host, Aniello, checked us in and helped us carry our luggage. Breakfast was included and offered a variety of options, including freshly made espresso drinks by Tina. We dined at some of the best restaurants just a short walk away. If you have luggage, I highly recommend using the porter service to avoid getting drenched in sweat carrying it up the steps.

The staff was so helpful. The view was so beautiful and the surrounding restaurants amazing. It was about a 25 minute walk down to the beach/ferry port by roadway. It was about 15 minutes by stairs, which going down was ok but going up was too difficult. The staff helped us with ferries and the luggage porter to pick up our luggage to bring down to the ferry when we checked out. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! So much variety and it was so fresh. We would gladly stay again. The beaches do require water shoes though as the rocks are so hard on your feet.

This place is PERFECTION, SPACIOUS AND INCLUDED EVERYTHING ! WORTH EVERY PENNY!! Starting with a warm welcome and our bags being delivered to our room to avoid us having to carry them down steps. The young man took so much time to explain everything about the room and property. He gave us valuable info on the bus system and beaches. The room/ apartment was SPOTLESS clean. We had a private terrace with lounging chairs and ocean view. We enjoyed sitting there each night after dinner. The AC WORKED GREAT! They even had a portable unit in case we had issues…very thoughtful considering the temps in July. Breakfast was nicely done. EASY WALK TO PUPETTO BEACH CLUB and other beach areas. Some of the best restaurants of our trip were within 4 min walking. I wish we had skipped our 4 days in Sorrento and came straight to Positano! Sorrento is a day trip… no comparison to Positano. WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN!

Interesting stay ! One night. The property is way up the hill. Thought we had a room in the main building but apparently we booked a one bedroom about 2 mins walk away from main property. Reception : young 16 year old intern was very helpful and courteous. Offered us an adult beverage. And water. Gave us tourist information which was on point. Their terrace was very good. Great views of Positano. Next morning the breakfast though not very elaborate was good. Lone Hostess made sure we were well attended to. The apartment had a loft bedroom upstairs and kitchenette dining table and bathroom downstairs ( challenge if you have to go to the restroom 1-3 times a night). Zero view and noisy… in an alley that people use to drag their luggage and head to the 2nd beach. No nightlight to go down steps in apartment so must keep bathroom light on to see where you are going and that light is too bright. Catch 22. Commode seat was not bolted. Floating. Paid a pretty penny for that night .. was expecting better. Buyer beware and research before you book .. ! Bon Voyage !

I couldn’t recommend this place more! They had the absolute friendliest staff, the rooms were so charming, the breakfast was fantastic with a beautiful view and the area was great. I enjoyed how quiet it was compared to the main square yet it was walkable to get to the main area. I hope to be back here in my lifetime and reminisce on all the great memories we made here!
