"clean room Friendly staff Good breakfast"

"Beautiful historic hotel and very comfortable bed. Gracious hosts and homemade breakfast!"

"Good Place."

"Perfect place to stay during our travels! The host was just as amazing as the place! Will certainly stay here again."

"The bed was sooooo comfortable!"

"Property is great for a large group. It’s 4 bedrooms- 3 of which have full size bunk beds. Overall it’s a cool spot. However, the commercial kitchen needs some work. The oven and the drink cooler didn’t work and the flat top griddle was “out of order” with the knobs broken off- None of this was communicated prior to us arriving. "Friendly staff, clean rooms Truck parking."

"The home looks almost brand new and my most important feature CLEAN!! We had a small hiccup with getting the door open to relax but the host promptly took care of it. We were attending a wedding with several events. This was a wonderful place for us to stay. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Lubbock"

"Great option for needing to be close to Lubbock! "

"We were in town for a funeral and the house was what we needed, clean and comfortable. Check in and out was easy and the neighborhood was quite."

"Urban and trendy; perfect for our large family gathering."

"This was our second stay in the property, it has everything you need and in an amazing setting, both times we have been lucky enough to see the deer, we would stay again "

"Very nice home. Clean and well kept. My only complaint was there were not many bath towels. If you are accustom to using a clean towel after each shower you will need to bring your own but other than that it was a wonderful place to stay. I would stay here again!"

"The property is nicely decorated and the kitchen is well stocked with the items you need to cook."
