Unfortunately I cannot give a 5\* review because as a person that just recently had knee surgery, the parking situation was unacceptable. I wish I had known more in advance that there was a very ridiculously steep hill to climb. I had my cane but my knee suffered terribly because of the strain. I felt like I had no choice. No one even saw me coming to help with my suitcase so I struggled to walk myself while dragging my suitcase behind me. I can't even imagine what that would have been like had there been frost or an icy sidewalk. On my last night I parked across the road on the highway because I just couldn't risk that trek up hill again without risking my newly fixed knee. I can't recommend this hotel because it isn't safe for anyone with mobility issues. I told them I needed to be on the first floor because they spoke of no elevator. No one said anything about the ridiculously steep sidewalks.
