"Wir waren in Prag in diesem Hotel und hatten zu Beginn leider ein kleines Problem beim Check-in, da der Zugangscode für das Zimmer nicht funktioniert hat. Nachdem wir telefonisch Kontakt aufgenommen haben, wurde uns jedoch innerhalb von weniger als fünf Minuten sehr freundlich und kompetent geholfen – danach konnten wir das Zimmer problemlos betreten.
Das Zimmer selbst hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war sehr groß, modern und sauber. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass das Zimmer täglich gereinigt...

"we‘ve been to Prag for a 3 day trip, and the Apartment gave us everything we needed … it was in perfect condition, brand new, had a lot of space and was very light full … the owner were very kind and helpful by planing our trip and by giving us travel tips and you can feel that everything comes from heart … "
