Very modern hotel, friendly staff, convenient location by tram to many tourists attractions, even have a transit machine to purchase tickets at hotel lobby. Definitely will come back next time.

My stay at Mama Shelter was wonderful! The staff was so incredible. Special shout out to Tonda at the bar downstairs for being so welcoming and energetic. He made me feel like an old friend and suggested great places to eat and visit. When I visit Prague again, I’ll definitely stay here!
