"Very poor experience -Our room had 2 levels, with the bedroom (with windows that don’t open) upstairs and a living area downstairs. the living area room was extremely hot, at least 25-30 degrees Celsius and the upstairs room even hotter. the air conditioning didn’t work and the balcony door and windows wouldn’t open. The front desk said air conditioning was deliberately turned off in the hotel and we should open the window. But our door wouldn’t open so we asked to change rooms. he said no other rooms were available, but if we came down the next morning they’d be able to move us to another room then. And he said he’d send a technician up to look at the door. Half an hour later I rang back and he told me the technician had reported back and there was nothing he could do I told him the technician had not been to the room and he said the technician had “checked on the computer”. When I said we couldn’t sleep in these conditions, he said he’d bring a fan up. After delivering a heating fan and feeling what the heat was like, he said he’d talk to the technician again. 15 minutes later, the technician arrived and managed to open the balcony door. So we had to sleep in the living area with door open, as upstairs was too hot and the upstairs windows don’t open. Unfortunately the room looks over a 6 lane highway and we got very little sleep due to traffic noise. the next morning, reception told us we could not change rooms as the hotel was fully booked. Would not stay again."

"I have stayed at this hotel over ten times, but unfortunately, the service quality has been declining, and the room maintenance and cleanliness are no longer up to standard. Upon arriving at 12:00 PM for check-in, the first thing the receptionist said was to demand an extra charge, showing a complete lack of customer service skills. In the past, the front desk was always flexible and accommodating,however, they are now strictly rigid, which makes guests feel unwelcome. I strongly suggest that the hotel provide better training for the younger staff members on professional communication and guest interaction skills. I am deeply disappointed."

"Slightly outdated hotel decor and access to plugins near beds, but very good water pressure in the showers. Extremely clean property and excellent buffet breakfast. Biggest complaint is that there is no air conditioning and with the changing temperature patterns, a slightly opened window, which is what the rooms allow, make the rooms too warm during the day and into the evening. We should have also had access to the executive lounge with the suite we reserved, but the front desk told me that costs extra now."
