“古典美，房間保養得宜，服務很好，早餐和餐廳晚飯無與倫比。 要改善的是，退房後幾天，我們再往酒店餐廳回味，竟說從沒有幾天吃過的晚餐，被迫點了雙倍價格的晚餐，有點摸不著頭腦。”

“The room was very spacious. The facilities are a bit dated, but everything is well kept and in good condition. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was generous, and both lunch and dinner were quite good too. A big plus is the shopping mall and food court just behind the hotel, which makes things really convenient. The hotel isn’t in the city center, but Prague’s public transport is excellent — it only takes about 30 minutes to reach the Old Town. Overall, it’s a great……

“I loved my room it was spacious and cozy. If I required anything I just sent a text and they got it done. The staff were very nice and accommodating. I found it to be a great centeral location with trolly access just outside. Various amenities in the surrounding area.”

“When pick up room key at the check in counter, the male agent just hands over room keys w/o offering any hotel information. When enter the room on 5th floor, the room type is not the one I book, the room wz Prague Castle view！And then go to the front counter to change the room on 9th flooor. When having a shower, find out the water drained from bathtub is coming out from shower room floor！Advise the front counter about this situation and be informed a technician will be sent up to look at it.……

“Sehr schön ausgestattet, wir haben gut geschlafen und Frühstück war auch gut. ”

“The light in the room was a little dim, if you don’t turn on the lamp. Other than that, everything was pretty nice.”

“Vänlig och trevlig personal. Hemtrevligt. Nära till allt (kollektivtrafik, mataffär, shoppingcenter med mera) Rent och fint på rummet. Besöker gärna igen.”

“L'hotel non è in pieno centro, ma ci si può arrivare a piedi o col tram n.22. L'albergo è in posizione molto tranquilla, durante il nostro soggiorno non abbiamo udito alcun rumore da parte di altri ospiti o dalla strada, eccetto il tram che si sente in lontananza. La colazione a buffet era discreta sia per offerta dolce che salata, unica pecca la macchina per il caffè, una non è sufficiente e per giunta funziona a singhiozzo, creando file facilmente evitabili. Le stanze sono pulite, in camera……

“Staff were great. Due to delays at airport and hotels.com not sending over my correct phone number, the hotel reception was closed on arrival (after 10pm) The man came back to hotel and provided me with a key and entry! Exceptional service!!! Thank you”
