"When I first checked in to my room, all towels and soaps were used. Took them eight hours to give me fresh towels. Breakfast is very simple and limited if compared to other hotels of the same standard. Facilities are modern and well maintained staff were nice and helpful. However, cleaning staff let me down at the beginning of my stay."

"I had a great experience staying one night at Hotel Riale. The front desk staff is extremely helpful and friends. All of them were accommodating and helpful: Francisco and Gabriel were the ones that took care of my check-in, João took our luggage and our check-out was done smoothly by Hugo and his co-worker (forgot his name). "Amazing stay! We’d definitely come back — we loved the rooms, the heated pools, the rooftop, the included breakfast, and the semi-private beach area with Hilton’s loungers and umbrellas.
The location is perfect for walking, shopping, and enjoying restaurants and bars. Super central, and you can leave your bags on the last day to enjoy more time before heading to the airport.
The cocktails and views from the rooftop are spectacular, and having a heated pool is a total win. We’ll be back!"

They tend to be dated, not perfectly kept up, in need of cleaning, noisy, or with half-hearted service, a classic Rio complaint. Arena Leme was different. Everything crisp, new, clean, well maintained up. Service attentive and courteous. No need to even mention the fabulous views and location in the quietest corner of Copacabana /Leme beach, which still means it's buzzing with activity. Well done, Arena. "
