  • Villa Virginia is an ancient residence that has been recently renovated while maintaining its original features, such as the ancient vaults, the thick walls, the characteristic niches, the delicate colors contribute to giving a touch of elegance.
    It is located in a pedestrian area, just 150 meters from the road and only 17 steps to access the property, an oasis of tranquility but with conveniences close at hand.

We can't say enough wonderful things about this property. Lucia is the perfect host. She responded to all my messages and questions very quickly, arranged for transportation to/from the airport and greeted us when we arrived to walk us to the property. She gave a tour and provided house instructions, as well as went through how to get around the area, contact information for things to do, recommendations for meals etc. The flat is gorgeous and clean, and in the perfect location for a family vacation. We can't say enough about the amazing views! The kitchen was fully stocked so we could make meals for everyone, and she provided towels for the bathroom, beach and pool. The pool was the perfect retreat for a quick dip after a busy day sightseeing, hiking and swimming, and was a lot of fun to hang out in the evening. The property has its own garden where we could pick fresh tomatoes and eggplant. There were also chickens that laid eggs for us - enough for breakfast every morning!Lucia was available to us throughout our stay to answer questions and help when asked. Praiano was the ideal location to experience Amalfi, Positano and other locations. It is close to the Path of the Gods hike, and there is a fully stocked convenience store 0.25 miles away that we went to daily to get fresh fruit, snacks and waters/wine. The bus stop was a short walk which gave access to everything we needed. This was one of the best vacations we've had and highly recommend this property.

Five star apartment

Lucia was a wonderful host. She had attention to all of the smallest details. The apartment was immaculate, she had plenty of supplies for us to get started, she provided lovely bathroom products and she welcomed us in person and made sure we were completely settled in before she left us. The view from the terrace was breathtaking! There is a very handy grocery store a few minutes away which had anything you would need to make a meal if you chose to cook in. There are also several very nice restaurants nearby.The swimming pool was an added bonus. This apartment completely exceeded our expectations. We didn’t want to leave the property! There were very few stairs to negotiate to get to the apartment and Lucia arranged for a porter to help us with our luggage when we arrived in when we left. Hopefully we will be returning in the near future.

Perfection by the sea

My wife and I loved this place. Lucia met us upon arrival. We had to walk and roll our bags because the whole city is built on a hillside so you cannot drive right up to the front door. We did have to pay for parking, which was my only surprise, but it’s understandable as there’s little parking in all of these villages. The kitchen was well stocked. The living room was clean. The bathrooms were clean and beautiful, the beds had nice linens and were great. Our favorite part was the pool and the terrace that overlooks the sea. We rented a scooter and that was a fun way to get around if you’re good at on a motorcycle. She even has chickens that lay eggs each day and you can eat those for breakfast. We had a wonderful stay. We even think this town is ideal because Amalfi and Positano are jam packed with so many tourists that this town of Priano was perfect for us. It was quiet but it still had restaurants and places to walk to, but definitely felt like it was off the beaten path right in the middle of everything we wanted to do and see
