The front office was already closed and Expedia hasn’t been able to get ahold of the hotel to get my money refunded. It’s been almost a week and no update on status. “This place was bad the lobby is very nice the first person that was there was kind. However the hot tub is very dirty sand and nasty on the bottom also not hot it was luke warm. Then we go to the room we rented a king bed suite with hot tub in the room. For my daughters birthday. Went into the room and found bugs all over we went to the front desk and asked for a refund. They kept trying to get us to switch rooms. I told them no I was not interested because if there were cockroaches in one room……

“The check in was strange. It’s “no contact” so there is no staff on sight. We arrived at 7pm and the place was completely deserted, which was unnerving. We got into our room with a code for the door. The room was clean. Bed was a little uncomfortable and the bathroom is small but, the view was pretty and being the only ones at the hotel, we sat outside and played our guitars under the stars and enjoyed ourselves very much.”
