Hello, the overall experience was positive especially the tennis instruction which is why I booked this trip. The communication was poor at the facility. When I first arrived the front desk check out person was not very friendly or encouraging. I had trouble reaching the front desk and bell hop on this vacation. When I first arrived, the room was very cold and it took a few hours for the room to heat up. Eventually it did. The ice machine was broken but everything else in the room seemed to be in working order. One front desk person provided incorrect information in saying rooms were numbered into the 1000's and they were all booked up. I would suggest every guest receive a map of the property with a detailed X of where he or she can find his or her particular room. I would let guests know how the shuttle service works in the resort and how to call for a ride. I would let guests know to wear a hat and warm clothing for these rides in January. I listened to other guests complain about bugs in their rooms and at the restaurant but did not have bugs other than some earwigs in my room. I would recommend guests receive a list of dining options, as well as a map of how to get to the local grocery stores. Despite the issues described, the tennis instruction was outstanding. Thank you!
