“I’ve stayed here many times, and one of the conveniences was free, reliable internet. When I checked in Wednesday night, I was told there was now a charge for internet unless I signed up for Wyndham Rewards. So I did. But despite more than an hour of trying, I could never connect. The night clerk was polite and helpful, but there was nothing he could do. Wyndham just alienated a loyal customer. I doubt if I go back.”
