The property was very clean, tons of space, and pet-friendly. Our kids had lots of room to play inside and out and all the beds were very comfortable. We could walk to restaurants and shopping and the creek was right there too.

Great home - lots of room to spread out and the views from the porch are even better than the pics show. Prescott at night is gorgeous. Short walk to the square. If staying in Prescott, would highly recommend.

This was a spaceous and well appointed property with lovely views. We were travelling with pets and the deer amd rabbits were a bit of a distraction to them. We enjoyed time on the deck enjoying the views and wildlife. The location was extremely convenient to the downtown area, which has so many restaraunts and shops. There was even an open air concert one night, which we could enjoy from the deck! The beds and furnishings were very comfortable.

Perfect place for a peaceful stay!

We were up in Prescott for my son’s baseball tournament and I am so glad we found this place to stay at. Being able to unwind and relax on the porch, cook a good meal, and sleep in a comfortable bed was it for us! We will definitely be back next season!!

Home away from home

Booked for our family for a quick trip for a friends wedding near town. It had plenty of room. Very spacious and clean, quiet area, and walking distance to Whiskey Row. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean house with a great view

My family and I stayed over the 4th of July weekend. The house is just as pictured, clean and has everything that you need. Todd was very responsive to questions that I had. This house has a great wrap around deck that overlooks Prescott. This is where we hung out each morning and night. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping.

This house was perfect for our weekend in Prescott! There was plenty of room for 3 couples to hang out, watch tv and play cards. Perfect location to walk to the square and the Lazy G. Todd was great with communication. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great Place

Big, rambling, roomy place. Ideal for our group of 5 mountain bikers, especially considering the very large deck space, and HUGE garage and workshop. Bonus: Easy walking distance to our favorite Prescott brewpub, The Lazy G!

Wonderful Place to Stay

This house was way beyond expectations! Beautiful home, very cozy and the veranda views were awesome! Walking distance to the excitement of Whiskey Row, but peaceful and relaxing when returned to the house. Cannot wait to stay here again!
