Stunning home!

We absolutely LOVED this home and plan to return next summer for a much longer stay. It has everything we needed and very close to several golf courses which we took advantage of. You will not be disappointed!

Very peaceful

Everything is just as described in the photos. The area is nice and quiet. The home is beautiful and clean. We even got the experience of a family of white tail coming right up to the fence. We’d all be happy to come back if we’re back in the area.

Two month stay

Had a great 2 month stay in order to get out of the valley heat. Weather was perfect. Prescott area is gorgeous. House was perfect for our needs. Clean, new and a great view out the back. Nice quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located to shopping, dinning, recreation and sight seeking. Property manager was very responsive to all our needs and requests. Would highly recommend this house if you are looking for a rental in the Prescott area.

Clean, cosy and functional. Everything was in working order. Kitchen was well stocked. Matresses and pillows were descently good. No surprises. Access to the garage to park the car. Bonus of seeing wildlife just outside the window. Would recommend.

Sparkling clean. Super quiet.

I cannot wait to stay at this property again! We LOVED it. The property is sparkling clean, super quiet, and very well appointed. Lots of supplies on hand such as soaps, shampoos, dishes, and towels. In my opinion, it would be perfect for a girl’s getaway or sisters trip. It is decorated with black, silver, and rhinestone accents. There was wildlife (deer) just outside back door early in the morning. Very pleasant. The home had lots of great space and we appreciated the single level of the home. The back yard was only accessible from a gate on the side of the property. Neighborhood is great with nice views. Road work was being done but not an inconvenience. Easy access to downtown Prescott.
