Room was clean, staff excellent. Nice breakfast served. Microwave and fridge in room. Only a few issues: bathroom was small with not much counter space, no hot water for our shower in the morning—tepid at best, and there is a charge for the shuttle service to airport. Staff was very friendly and the major task of getting to and from the airport was handled by the staff since the flights are at terrible times. Only disappoint was the pool was closed for renovations, however, they were working to get the pool open.

Everything was fantastic. My room was beautiful and clean. Beds were super comfortable. They allowed me to stay an extra hour due to work related things. 10/10 would recommend. Only thing i would want better is eggs and sausage in the included breakfast.

Excellent stay! Very clean room with super comfy bed and pillows. The hotel is quiet and had everything I needed. I will be staying here again on my return trip and the Manager called me to confirm and issued a food voucher for my upcoming stay. Very rare these days. I highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

I travel to Presque Isle a few times per year and have stayed in most of the hotels in the area. The Presque Isle Hotel provides excellent value for the price. The room was large, very clean, and very comfortable. I travel for work, and the lighting and table space were ample for me to complete my job tasks. The restaurant was excellent. The bed was comfortable, climate controls easy to use and responsive, and the bathroom and shower worked great. The breakfast was simple but all that wanted. This hotel provides just what I am looking for when I travel for business and at a much lower cost than the competition.

I had stayed here for years while visiting the area until it really went down hill. I decided to give it a try after hearing there were new owners and they were renovating. The rooms were re-done and they were working on redoing lots! Staff was very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely give it a try again next time. Im excited to see what they do with it!
