Hotel restaurant great, waitress great. Hostess did a great job because the place was crazy busy! Loved being on the shore of Lake Erie. Only negative was a few homeless people sleeping on benches nearby. A free continental breakfast would have been nice.

The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Everything in the room worked OK. On check-in it took us a while to get a room on first floor, even though we requested an accessible room. I use a walker and it took a while to get the desk person to give us a room on the first floor. The room he gave us was way down the hallway. He acted like they were very busy. There were hardly any cars in parking lot. At Breakfast, the desk was busy and it took 15 minutes to get coffee.
The morning desk person was friendly.
