We got a suite without air conditioning and slept like in a sauna because they had no rooms, a big disappointment for what we paid, the next day we had to split up as a family and children and it ruined our trip.

Air conditioning A/C restrictions! Lowest setting was 21 Celsius! And when the maid either cleans in the morning or turns down in the evening she turns it up to 25 Celsius! Even after complaining and they adjusted the A/C to turn down to 19 it was still hot! 19 was perfect at the prior stays. Sheets and pillows and beds are identical to 3 star hotels. The view: amazing! Location: fantastic I have traveled Europe, central and South America. And this is the first time staying at a hotel with such a restrictive air conditioner!

Lovely spacious room for our family. Great restaurants on site and a wonderful location. About a 15 min drive to the Old Town area. It was great to be able to walk down the promenade which was so charming and convenient for more dining options. The only downside was that the fitness center was pretty basic and there were not enough free weights for a proper workout. Would definitely recommend this spot!
