"Frankly, it was not a good stay for us at by the river. We arrived there on Saturday 3h:30 pm, we were kindly welcomed after waiting around 7 minutes for someone to open the door. Once we got into the room, we needed to iron some clothes so we spoke to a young lady in charge who told us she would check, 5 minutes later, she came back and apologized as she couldn’t provide us with an iron, we complained, but she politely said that we can leave if we are not satisfied and she will refund us the...
