“I was impressed by the staff. They were very welcoming and engaging. The hotel itself is right on the harbor, beautifully situated next to a boulevard you can walk around filled with shops and restaurants. I believe it is called the Marketplace. The garage entrance is across the street but there is access to the hotel from underground, which means you dont have to go outside when its raining. Parking is $18 for overnight. The included breakfast was very good as well.”

“There was no restaurant at the hotel only in the casino. There did not seem to be any breakfast options in or near the lobby. Rooms and hotel were a little dated but very clean and well maintained.”

“The staff in general were professional and kind, however not knowledgable on hotel service. There are too many seasonal workers who did not know their job. The room for example, was not cleaned at 2 PM. We asked for it to be cleaned and they said they have till 5 PM to clean it. This is not acceptable. We had to leave our room in the afternoon when I just wanted to have a little rest so they could clean it . The hotel has deteriorated and I will unfortunately not recommend the hotel to anybody. ……
