The Peacock Inn is a charming boutique hotel in a perfect location, just a short walk to downtown Princeton and the campus. The property is beautiful, with lovely outdoor seating areas and friendly staff. Rooms are small but with thoughtful touches like bathrobes and makeup washcloths. The continental breakfast is simple but adequate. Overall, a lovely stay and a great choice for visiting Princeton.

The staff at the hotel is amazing. The location, if you need to be near campus, is ideal. On the down side: the hotel advertised pillowtop mattresses, but instead the rooms had uncomfortably firm mattresses. The hotel is quite noisy, and guests slamming doors will shake the whole building, in some cases quite late in the night. The breakfast was merely packaged food, and there were crumbs all over the table.

Bkfst was very good, nice assortment of bkfst items. I love the Inn, but the bathroom was too small and the lighting in the room and bathroom was poor. The bed was very comfortable.

The Peacock was in a great location. The staff were lovely to interact with, especially Meg, Red(?) and Mike. Bar staff and concierge were superb and made the stay very pleasant. I'd certainly return on a visit to Princeton.

This was my second or third (5+ day) stay at the Inn. My room was clean and comfortable, but the staff was a disappointment. The man who appeared to be the manager never once greeted or even acknowledged me. And someone on staff unlocked my door and tried to enter my room uninvited and without reason at 9:15am on the day of my departure, when checkout was at 11:00am.
