Tickets can be purchased through the jakdojade app, but require the nuisance step of first depositing at least a minimum amount -- roughly equivalent to 6–8 rides -- into a prepaid "wallet". These tickets need to be validated through the QR codes on buses and trams.
I liked the bistro cross the road and the Krym restaurant a few minutes away. Gorgeous parks right at the hotel. One caveat: my room was facing the back and was quiet, especially with the window closed; rooms on the opposite side face a major intersection and might be noisier."
