The amenities were not as promised. There were supposed to be 3 different places to eat, but because it was “slow season” there were only 2. In addition, the other amenities such as kayaking and snorkeling were also not available when my husband and I spoke with the front desk about signing up for it. I was told it is not being offered right now. I spoke with the manager and she was VERY helpful! She paid for a cab for my husband and I to go to a separate beach and a cab back to the airport upon checkout because I was considering going back home early. This was our honeymoon and it was not what we expected. Furthermore our experience at the casino was even worse. The staff there were not friendly and the tables and machines were very old and outdated! I would not recommend this resort or casino it is very secluded on the island, the food options are limited, and there are not many things to do there. I wish I would’ve picked another island, but I am thankful the staff was helpful.

The staff was very helpful and attentive to my needs, whether it was dealing with a WiFi connection issue or helping with using the washer and dryer. Having Estherlyn's right downstairs made it easy to have a quick and delicious breakfast. Definitely looking forward to staying there again.
