I highly recommend the Cape Colony Inn for a stay in Provincetown, Massachusetts. It is a well-maintained motel, clean and comfortable, and with a good, simple breakfast. It was a great value and we would choose to stay there again.

Only a 3 star hotel,but an exceptionally clean and comfortable 3 star with nice rooms,ice cold ac ,comfortable bedding,and plenty of hot water anytime you need it.And the staff is friendly and helpful too! Easy to see why your patrons give it a 9.2 rating. My new favorite place to stay in ptown.

This was a lovely resort and I was thrilled the pools were still open (and heated)! The room was nicer than I expected, was very roomy and well-appointed. You could pretty much park right in front of your room. There were grassy areas for games and/or a warm nightime fire. There was a covered patio area to enjoy a meal or to relax. Finally, the front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming which makes all the difference to me. Hope to return some day!

Our stay was very good. We stayed for 3 nights in a room that had 2 bedrooms. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Nice towels. Shower pretty good. Nice pool and light the fire pit and shuffleboard courts. Another bonus is they have bikes on site and/or scooters to rent. About 1.1 mi to walk to center of Provincetown, where all the action is.
