We had a WONDERFUL time. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was filling. The location couldn't be better - 15-minute walk to downtown P-Town, 15-minute bike ride to the Province bike trail, and 8-minute walk to Fanizzi's (one of the best restaurants in town - cheaper & less crowded than Lobster Pot). If you don't want to walk - take the shuttle that will meet you right in front of the Inn. We'll go there again.

This is the best place i have ever stayed in Massachusetts. It was my first time in Cape Cod and provincetown. But omg the front desk people were so helpful and nice. They were so sweet and provided us with all information within few mins. Check-in was easy and place was clean. Very great amenities. I loved it so much and i wish i stayed longer. Will def come back because they have pool and open spaces to hang around.

The room was very nice. Laid out well. Comfortable bed. We only had one day to spend in town and that day was rainy and cold so we couldn't take advantage of all the amenities. We would stay there again given the opportunity.

Great place, very quiet, clean room, but some hygiene issues were overlooked; there was hair and watermarks on the toilet. The bed was soft and comfortable, the hot water for showering was excellent, parking was convenient, and the breakfast was adequate.

Really ideal stay. Property is in excellent condition, and the guest room is designed with plenty of space, storage, lighting and air conditioning. Ample space in the refrigerator with a small attached freezer for ice cream! Pool, fire pit, outdoor Adirondack chairs perfect for relaxing, reading or scrolling. Morning breakfast fast in a box is a daily treat along with excellent coffee. Staff was also warm and genuinely focused on the comfort and joy of their guests. Short, beautiful walk to town. This is the place to enjoy the Cape / Provincetown.
