Unfortunately underwhelming
The place has potential to be amazing. The couch was stained, there were ants in the bathroom, most the lights were burnt out so we needed to go buy bulbs, the mattress was stained, the rugs essentially were worn out. All of the shades essentially were broken or ripped, the front screen was ripped and the heat didn’t work, and when it did it would clank all night. The neighbors were noisy and always in and out of their cars all day and night which sat in front of this little cottage, there really was only a couch for sitting. The bar stools were the same height essentially as the counter and worn. The pans were all scratched up so not really good for use. We really much wanted this place to be amazing. All of our past experience with VRBO have been outstanding. We paid a lot for this place and it didn’t live up to the pricing by any means. We are leaving our luggage outside at home to make sure any ants are gone as well. Aside from all of that, PTown was amazing as always with so many great shops and magical restaurants. We will be very careful in the future and pay more attention to how close other places may be as well. I hate having to give such a negative review and normally never would but that is how dissatisfied we were with the quality and cleanliness of this rental. It has potential to be very nice.

Great house, great location.
Small house, but perfect for 2-3 people. Clean and well stocked with utensils and other kitchen stuff. Ideally located near Commercial Street and a great jumping off point for a Ptown vacation. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and Dog Friendly
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this stand-alone chalet. The location could not be better, as it sits at the end of an oyster-shell dead end street right off of Commercial Street. It’s very quiet, yet close to everything. Finding a dog-friendly place with these conveniences is not easy. This was a very positive experience.

Another beautiful stay at a great location!
My husband, son (now 2 years old) and our Boston Terrier stayed at this cottage last summer for our annual Ptown summer trip, and we were so happy with our experience that we chose this location again for this year’s vacation. Unbeatable location on Commercial Street (just minutes by foot to stores, restaurants + beach) but also offset at end of a quiet street so makes a perfect spot for little kids with early bedtimes! Back patio is private and awesome. Laundry washer + dryer on location was a huge plus for us. Cannot say enough good things about this spot! Thank you again Del Mar!

Very clean but shabby (considering the cost)
I wish the management company provided more up to date photos of the property; the outdoor space was not made habitable (wet piles of leaves, barren flower beds, very rusty outdoor furniture), and the floors indoors were very scratched and scuffed up (not shiny and new like the photos), with quite a few of the bathroom tiles cracked and crumbling. The couch smelled slightly of wet dog, and the bed in the main bedroom was very uncomfortable. The property was very clean, but shabby. The location is fantastic, but management could put more effort into beautifying the house.

Great stay in great location!
We came to Provincetown for a short getaway with our pup. The location of this rental could not have been better. It’s right off commercial street and we were able to walk to the Wired Puppy for coffee and dog treats and then to the dog-friendly beach every morning of our stay. Less than a 5 min walk to both places!

4 Day get away!
The cottage is very comfortable and in a great location. The area was perfect if you are vacationing with your dog. The shops and many restaurants super dog friendly, we were able to bring our pup to dinner with us. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Ptown Location!
My husband and I stayed at this property with our 1 year old son and Boston Terrier for our annual, week-long Cape Cod trip. Communication with Del Mar hosts was excellent; we did not have any questions during our stay. The cottage was perfectly located in a quiet off-shoot of Commercial Street; we were just steps away from all of the shops, restaurants and beach. We took full advantage of the washer & dryer during our stay and left with ZERO laundry! The cottage itself was very clean; however, the living room rug was not well-vacuumed and had a lot of dog hair from previous tenants. The most unique feature of the cottage was the backyard patio -- extremely private because it was surrounded by a wall of luscious, green vine! Would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone who loves Ptown and wants a quiet place off of Commercial Street.

Stowaway cottage
We had an awesome couple days staying at the stowaway cottage. It was walking distance to all ptown has to offer. It was right off commercial street on a quit dead end road. The cottage was perfect and clean. Everything about check in was super easy and I always got a quick reply from the host with any questions. We will definitely be going back.

Quiet, but close to everything
This place offers the best of everything - your own private cottage with no shared walls, cozy, comfortable, and located right in the heart of town. Being dog friendly was a huge plus as well.

Great rental
The house was great - quiet, comfortable and right on the bay. The only thing that could have been better was proximity to the center of commercial street. It was about a 23 minute walk to the pier, which is a little further than ideal, but at least we got a little extra exercise each day.

Great location
We have been coming to ptown for several years, this is our first time staying in the cottage. It was very clean, quaint, and the perfect size for me, my husband, and our Labrador retriever. The location was perfect- on a quiet side street. It was close enough to walk to Commercial street in minutes yet far enough away for peace and quiet when we wanted it. The cottage had streaming service, no cable - which was fine with us as we hardly watched TV. Highly recommend the cottage and will definitely stay here here next time we visit ptown!

Cottage Retreat
The cottage was the perfect size in a great location. There were several needed repairs when we arrived but they didn't interfere with our stay, although it would have been nice to have had a front screen door to enjoy the sunshine.
