Staff is kind and they seem to care for one another like family. Pueblo has a high homeless population. Enjoyed the hotel very much, especially the breakfast hostess how attends to all the guests and makes waffles.

Ĺaundry facilities broken so clothes wet and soapy no way to finish and was not compensated, wantedcto have a room comp for a night to finish but was denied and tgen had problems with them and the bank, not good, want a comp to be satisfied withhow much it cost to stay there

Whoop whoop events held here. Secret passageways etc. They host events for the whoops and allow them to get over on the humans that stay here. Stay away.

We had asked several times for room cleaning our second day. It never happened. We had to take our own trash down to the front desk. We only had one small trash can in the room, not even an extra one by the bathroom. The shower leaked at the bottom, so we had to use one of the 2 bath towels provided for the floor. We also had to take our wet towels down to get new ones. The floor in the room was dirty. So was the elevator and stairway.

The room was spacious. Enjoyed the luggage carts and elevators. Unhealthy breakfast and rotten fruit. Poor air quality in the room when using the,a/c. Overall room smell kept me awake along with the bed that sunk in. No automatic door opener when moving luggage in and out of hotel which made it difficult.

I love this little hotel. Especially top floor with even numbered rooms. I have stayed in the back (odd numbered) before and it’s proximity to a nearby railway was a little annoying but the hotel does provide ear plugs to soften the noise of the one train that passes through overnight. On the front and top floor, it is quiet as any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Comfortable beds, nice shower, and great a/c. Perfect for a one night stop whole travelling through.
