The area (neighborhood) was quaint and convenient for walking to the plaza within minutes. It was also quiet being off on a side road away from the main streets.
Our room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was large but was missing a few essential items such as kleenex and we had to ask room service for additional body towels, only 1 towel was provided. We were a late check in at 8pm and had no idea where check in was. The check in small table and chair was located in the lounge room where a performance was going on. It was very confusing when finally I asked one of the staff how to check in. She was very helpful and showed me. Other guests arriving late were in the same predicament. There wasn't a designated check in area at the front of the property. And parking was miserable, very tight and difficult to find where to drive into in the dark from the street. Breakfast was EXCELLENT! Kudos to chef. Overall, it was a nice hotel but very unorganized.
