Very close to the airport and some decent pizza, waffle and mid level dining restaurants. Price very inexpensive. Worst part by far is the fake wood paneling on the floor is all torn up and the tape they used to "fix" it is all worn out.

Very clean, quiet despite being full due to balloon fiesta. The staff was extremely nice and engaging. Only bad thing was that we were told that breakfast ended at 10 when we checked in. Woke up at 9 to get some breakfast and everything was put up and away. Was really looking forward to experiencing this hotels breakfast so it was a huge let down. Did I mention it was clean? So clean it smelled clean.

They seem to be renovating the property there is supplies everywhere mattresses in the hallway the room was kind of not the best looking some strange stains on the walls some questionable looking stains on the sheets it was okay for one night but nothing more. The staff was really nice tho and accommodating.

Hotel is currently being renovated so there was some dust and debris in the hallway. Room was in pretty rough shape, vinyl flooring was taped down, but it was clean. Front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast was lacking. Overall I felt like I got what I paid for.
