"En términos generales el hotel está muy bien. Pleno centro de Puerto Jiménez, cerca de varias sodas y restaurantes, así como un supermercado, y no lejos de la playa y pista de aterrizaje. El cuarto que me tocó en esta ocasión no resultó siendo mi favorito, ya que la cama king estaba hundida en uno de los lados y los bombillos de iluminación no funcionaban. Más allá de esto, todo bien. Por otra parte, la gente del hotel es muy amable. Cocina a disposición de los huéspedes y café también son ofrecidos. "

El Personal súper atento. Ricardo siempre anuente a la información directa vía telefónica lo que ayuda muchísimo a uno como huésped. y Diego atento a brindar buena atención. Detalle curioso, la ducha abierta pero igual con privacidad en el ambiente natural. Piscina muy limpia y jacuzzi Exelente. Definitivamente volveré. Detalle importante llevar repelente. Al ser un ambiente natural hay insectos, lo normal en dicho ambiente. "

Wonderful hosts Stuart and Jen will make you feel at home in this modern and perfectly maintained bungalow hotel - they really get what hospitality is about! My son (11) and I enjoyed the friendly chats, great healthy food, good coctails, and the surf lesson that Stuart organized for us. Very spacious, well furnished, comfortable rooms/bungalows with a lot of attention to detail (including finally enough space to hang everything in the bathroom, as well as perfectly filtered water so you really can drink from the tab).
