Great location and would normally be okay
Was ok until the unfortunate passengers who’d been rerouted from Bali all descended on our hotel. The hotel was just not capable of dealing with such demand and traffic so service was incredibly slow and disorganised. They ran out of food and they ran out of alcohol.

The resort is fairly new and very nice. Rooms are beautiful and staff very helpful and friendly staff. Only question I would have is that the 2nd pool was cloudy, and the water shoud be clear. I would stay again, definitely

+ huge king bed, nice airconditioning + glass bottled water and refillable water for guests + nice room and compound + spacious semi outdoor toilet + friendly staff + basic coworking space + quieter area of kuta lombok - some construction going but harmless - ⁠lighting in the room is too dimmed - ...

Vu à coupé le souffle ! L’hôtel est à à peine 10 minutes du centre en scooter. Et personnel très gentil, à l’écoute et très serviable ( linges à laver, scooter, taxi, serviette de plages..) et le tout avec le sourire ! Merci
