Lovely hotel. Great location for walking around town. Perfect accommodation for our trip. We enjoyed a spacious room with three beds, the common areas, and the healthy breakfast. The staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

A perfect stop on our way back from Puerto Natales while waiting for our Santiago flight. Staff was welcoming and professional. Our room was sparkling clean. And even though we had an early morning plane to catch, the staff prepared us a light breakfast and fresh brewed coffee at 6am. Good location, with an easy walk to town.

The staff is extremely nice and helpful. We had no idea how important the POI paper is until they told us, because the pass port officer did not inform us. Please do not through it away and keep it in a safe place!!! Furthermore the breakfast was exceptional especially because we had not electricity for about 1 hour before - I have no idea how they managed it!!! Just perfect. Good tips about restaurants in neighborhood. We enjoyed walking around town and port area. Very nice can highly recommend it
