the hotel is beautiful with great open green spaces and wonderful swimming pool, beach, restaurants. It is a safe place for families with young children who can play at different playgrounds. The only main problem that we had was due to the overall suboptimal service of the staff. We did not get towels for 2 days, when we arrived we did not get assigned a room until 6 pm despite the fact that we were told to check in at 3 pm. I think that the hotel would be so much better if it was better managed and if the staff was better trained to be more attentive to international travelers. If you do not speak Spanish, it is hard to communicate with many people who work at the hotel as they have limited command of English.

Great property, bad experience checking in because the condition of the room was really beat up and lots of small things broken. couldnt get an upgrade same day or the next day. we booked two rooms and both rooms had lots of things broken, and staff was dissmisive otherwise the stay was nice. Property is beautiful, with good selection of things to do and eat. make sure if you book it, book the best rooms you can get. photos are not what the room looked up close. cockroaches and ants sometimes expected, but everything else should be maintained a little better.
