It’s a good resort if you don’t have any problems. Overall, my experience as a solo traveler was nice& safe. If you’re looking for a basic get-away, then one may like this place. The staff was relatively friendly and helpful. The resort wasn’t too big, and the landscaping was nice. The rooms were outdated& the bed was not comfortable. And the air conditioning unit was an earful. The food at the main restaurant was not good, so I would recommend the Italian and Asian restaurants 8/10. I thought it was interesting that one couldn’t order alcoholic beverages in the restaurants. There were two main places to get alcoholic beverages, and one closed at 6 p.m. Another thing I found interesting is that one couldn’t wear a bikini top into the restaurants; one would have to have a coverup. Now on to the problem. When I first arrived, I had ants in the bed. The housekeeper came, sprayed, & changed the sheets. Later on, they migrated to the bathroom, and housekeeping had to come back to spray again. Still fine. Then, on my second day, I woke up to ants on my luggage and clothing. When I asked to speak to a supervisor the night before to see what solutions could be done, no supervisor notified me. When I brought this to their attention the second day (with a video) and asked if I could wash my clothes so I wouldn’t take home "souvenirs," I was told no, and the best I could do was shake out my clothes. I was appalled because that was a weird problem-solving suggestion, and on the webs

Property was not for Americans that only know English. Entertainment was in Spanish. A/C broke twice during our stay. Dinner reservations were full. Staff was rude. No pool side drink service. Vacation is about relaxation and that was not a thing here. Pretty much self service, limited communication, shows you can't understand, hot room, and buffet for all meals. Will not ever take my family back to this place. Huge disappointment. Cancun is so much better.

I just feel like the staff needs some training of how to be friendly to the customer and how to talk to them and be available in buffet restaurants. English is also a barrier at times considering my family doesnt speak Spanish. Otherwise my kids loved it.

Breathe taking. Worth every penny. Friendly staff. I met couple workers that work there that I will never forget. Hansel (waiter) always busy but never too busy for the guest. Yohan at the pool bar, Kenia a waitress, always welcoming, nice greet my baby as if she was her own granddaughter. Looking forward in going back.

Porfavor si no quieres perder tu dinero no vayas a ese hotel. NO LIMPIAN LAS HABITACIONES, NO RELLENAN LA NEVERA, NO SIRVE EL AIRE, LAS HABITACIONES SON FEAS Y EL BANO ME LO ENTREGARON SUCIO, la comida es mala y siempre tienen lo mismo,no limpian la piscina esta como vomitada. Cuando hice el check in tenin problemas con el siste.a duramos 3 horas en fila esparando que nos estreguen la habitacion y la entregaron a las 6pm. Porfavor no malfaste tu dinero es lo peor que he visto en mi vida.

The service could use a lot of work. Most of the staff aren’t friendly. The food tasted stale and was cold most of the days. We had to chase down waiters for water. If we don’t ask for water, we don’t get water. The beach was not what we expected. We are used to seeing clear waters from the other resorts that we’ve been to in Punta Cana. This one was filled with seaweed and looked more like a lake. Overall, this is not a resort that I would return to.

El lugar es muy bonito, pero front desk necesita mejor atención, es una completa locura hacer el check in y el check out. Mucho tiempo para poder tener el cuarto, estuvimos 2 horas esperando y el cuarto estuvo listo 1 hora después del check in. También la reservación fue hecha por medio de expedía. El peor error que cometí fue equivocarme al hacer el refresh y no poner las edades de mis hijos. Primero el front desk me dijo que debido a esto debía pagar mucho dinero por el all inclusive. Y mis 3 hijos menores de edad debían pagar casi $3000 extra por 6 días de estadía. Obviamente entre en pánico conecte el teléfono hablé con Expedia y ellos me dijeron que mi hijo de 6 años no pagaba pero mis 2 hijas de 13 y 16 si debían pagar los $1748 dólares extra. No hubo manera de que descontaran algo al saber que las niñas eran menores de edad y obviamente era solo por comida y no alcohol. Después de esto nos entregaron el cuarto casi a las 5pm porque no lo tenían listo. A partir de este gran problema, menos mal el cuarto estaba cómodo aunque no era como las fotos lo mostraban, debía tener un bunk bed pero nos dieron uno con sofá cama en vez del bunk bed pero con todo el estrés del dinero extra pagado no queríamos ni teníamos paciencia para más reclamos. Las amenidadesmuy buenas, la comida tienen muchas opciones, cada día el buffet tiene algo distinto. Los restaurantes muy buenos, con excelente servicio. Las actividades en la playa para adultos y niños muy variadas.
