The resort is beautiful, staff were friendly, except the drivers that don’t open their mouth to answer questions, Ps: I do speak Spanish do, so no excuse, the guests give the sellers from the beach water bottles and they simply damp empty one anywhere they feel like,inside the resort also needs some attention with empty cups water bottles everywhere, at the beach Only Johnny was attempting to maintain clean.

Room was well appointed, clean, nice amenities. Grounds were clean and well kept. Beach was amazing; waves in mornings and calmer in afternoons. The food was superb. We really enjoyed the Main Buffet Restaurant for lunches and the specialty restaurants for Diner. We really enjoyed our stay of 4 days.

Overall resort is very nice and stand alone restaurants were excellent but dissatisfied with the following: placed in 2nd to last row of huge resort (over a half mile walk to the beach); toilet did not flush the entire stay (extreme inconvenience), maintenance came 2 of the 3 days to use plungger (though there was nothing but a single piece of toilet paper in the toilet), internal workings of toilet obviously need replaced; resort refused to leave plunger; though I had do not disturb sign on door, someone from hotel knocked once and simultaneously opened room door at 7:30 am. on 1st morning there;

The place was beautiful. An amazing stay for a family. We enjoyed the food, the service, the kids pool, the beach, the animals on site, the entertainment, and staff. The room has some unkempt construction details such as paint and grout; however, the overall space, layout and cleaniness was good. We're definitely planning on coming back!

Upon arrival, there was a smell in the room and then paint seemed to try to hide real problem(mold) or sewage issues. Everytime we showered we smelled the same nasty smell, like it was coming out the pipe. Looks like pipes are outside the rooms which could be the smell. Not sure. .. Phone not working, when it rang on the one day no one answered. Had to keep walking to lobby 15 mins away from room walking. App down 2 days, missed 2 days of booking a restaurant which was the best edible thing on the resort. Poor customer service, only people who like their jobs are front desk and maybe entertainment group. Better WiFi you have to pay premium. Free WiFi is trash. Trains driving fast, saw an older lady talk to the driver about his speed. They could accidentally hit small child or peacocks on the resort! 4-5 hr speech on vacation club. I tried to be nice and give an hour of my time, ended up missing the sun that day smh! Speech was 4 hours! Told us no money was needed so we stayed and the end tell us different amounts we can pay to become members. Pissed me off this day, came to breakfast with my bf and I too. We did not ask for the extra guest. Buffet food mid and was ants in my boyfriend’s drink! Last time we went to the buffet, and was there for 5 days! Entertainment? Definitely geared towards children and dancing at night but that’s it. Would recommend this place for a traveling family first trip not a seasoned traveler like myself!

We stayed here starting February 19 and booked three rooms for our family. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Our room was not properly cleaned and had hair in the shower. My mom’s towel had dried blood on it, and although she reported it the first day, management was never notified. My sister’s room smelled strongly of mold and had a large dehumidifier that hadn’t been emptied. There were mosquitoes in all the rooms, and every time we used the sink the water smelled like sewage. Service was inconsistent — some employees were rude and overall the care of the property felt below standard. The pools were also not well maintained. We did have a pleasant check-in experience, and a couple of waiters were very kind, but that was not enough to make up for the overall condition of the hotel. We reported our concerns during the stay, and when we followed up with management, we were told nothing could be done. Overall, this felt more like a 2-star experience. We would not return.

The hotel was prestine clean, rooms are awesome and space is plus. The restaurants all have excellent food. The staff was amazing including the manager Germania! I will give it a 9.5, not a 10 as the hogel is huge and the trolly service can improve a bit to make waiting times shorter

Quality of mattresses and pillows is horrible. I never experienced such uncomfortable beds ever. Bed linens are worn out and nasty like they are 10 years old. Room floor is dirty, AC smells and doesn’t control humidity in the room. Eventually, there is a musty smell and all the clothes smelled

We absolutely felt totally neglected on our trip to this resort. Our trip started off okay until we felt bombarded with opportunities to purchase time shares. And then after two days I fell ill overnight and awaken early morning to completed sickness. Vomiting and you know what else all day! Unbelievable nausea all day I couldn’t believe how sick I was and then my husband fell ill the very next day! I don’t know if it was the food or what but something at the resort led to us getting sick. So we lost two days of our vacation! On top of that, the first day I fell ill, I didn’t want house keeping coming in right away so after I started to gain energy and seemed like I was no longer sick, I had to call down and request a restock of towels and all room essentials which were never brought to us. Then I went down to the front desk and actually requested someone come at which guest services called while I was standing there and nobody came to our room! I wasn’t until mid evening Sunday when I had to flag down a worker and beg for room essentials! Other than the beach, being away from home and enjoying the sun, I would never come back here! I don’t know if I’ll ever come back to the country after my experience! At checkout , I explained I didn’t have a great stay and to smooth over my experience, all the worker said was “see you next week”. I don’t recommend this place just based off my own experience and everyone is entitled to their own opinions about their stay!
