We stayed for a week at the property in thee platinum area. We wad a wonderful experience. I can not say enough how fabulous all the staff were making our vacation a great time. Property was very clean and well maintained. It was that time of year for the seaweed. The resort kept it cleaned up and its one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. We would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Staff was very attentive abs friendly, especially in the buffets and restaurants. Tram ran very frequently. Never had to wait more than 10 minutes. Pool and lol area always kept clean.

I was there for 3 nights and 4 days. Highly recommend the platinum upgrade, it’s worth the cost, I had a private pool and beach for platinum members only and room service is free of cost too. Over all, I had a good time there, carry bug spray because the mosquitoes BITE. The staff were super sweet and welcoming. Some of the room amenities like the TV, wifi, hot water and AC were not working which was very annoying. Food buffet was of good quality and the sports bar is a lot of fun. Would definitely recommend this resort as a one-time experience.

I loved everything about this resort. I traveled solo and had everything that I needed. My room was nice, clean and spacious. Several pools. The beach was a plus! Food was decent, I loved the fresh o letter for breakfast. Everyone was so accommodating. I would recommended staying here!

The resort was perfect , everything was really beautiful and family friendly! The only dislike I have about the resort is that the people who work there are more interactive with the tourists than the Dominican nationality .

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always willing to help, making us feel at home throughout our visit. A special mention goes to the restaurants. The food was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious dishes, excellent quality, and impeccable service.

I loved the room. The resort is too big. Too big that yu have to catch a trolly everywhere. The food I did not like at all. Breakfast lunch or dinner. So many restaurants to choose from. Buffet was always crowded. Loved the 24/7 bar. Drinks were always good there.

We had a very nice stay. The food was terrific. We upgraded to platinum and it was worth it. The massive amount of seaweed sucked but the rest of the beach was very nice. Vendors can be annoying Cappuccino coffee shop doesn't open until 8, we like our coffee earlier Housekeeping did a good job. Perez at the beach was great. Diana the hostess was wonderful Wilbel the waiter at foccacia and Chopin was great. We will recommend and return

This is one of the best trip i have had in a long time. I dont even know where to start. The staff was beyond fantastic. One taff member in particular, Darlin. I am sure most people reading those reviews have some good experiences, but this guy is at another level. The energy he puts on making our stay unforgettable is like his life depended on it. He wasn't fantastic with just us, but with every single guest at the resort. He made everything feel special. They dont make those people anymore. Thanks again Darlin for making our stay unforgettable. My wife qnd i are literally rebooking another trip to Grand Bavaro princess because of this guy. Thanks again Darlin, Will see you again in December.

The property was very nice the transportation was very convenient the food was okay For the main buffet most things like seafood sushi’s things like that was by reservation and most of the time it was book the excursions with the party boat felt very ghetto stepping into mountains of seaweed was not my thang at all and there was a nearby dock seems like they work together with the natives but after I got over the seaweeds I had fun I feel like the prices in American dollars was outrageous but the property was nice and the ATV was so fun overall it was nice but I will not visit again.
