The resort was good overall. The ceiling in the bathroom of our room was cracked and looked like it might cave in. There were no handrails in the stairwells leading up to our second floor room. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool water was warm and not very refreshing. We enjoyed our stay.

the hotel and location is beautiful and the restaurant staff is amazing very friendly very happy very helpful exactly all staff are are amazing there and it very quiet beautiful activity and dancing but the only thing i dont like is the interior of the room needs updates,needs better furniture and clean also they need need elevator because nobody wants to carry suitcases all the way tk the 4th floor

The customer service was awful. A lot of things tbey expected us to just know but never communicated regarding check out. We were out of our room before 12pm(check out time) and waited in the scorching sun with our 1 year old for over 1 hour for a trolly to pick us up and no one ever showed up! The staff we asked for help kept ignoring us and taking other guests. We ended up having to walk over a mile to get to the lobby and check out. Horrible!!!

I recently stayed at the Grand Bavaro Princess resort, and while the experience had its highs, it was marred by some significant lows. Unfortunately, the food quality was quite disappointing. Both my husband and I fell ill after dining at the resort, which severely impacted our stay. The quality and freshness of the meals left much to be desired, and the overall dining experience was far below our expectations. Some meat was literally mystery meat. DISCLAIMER — we are NOT foodies and have enjoyed dining at other all inclusives in Mexico and cruising. On a brighter note, the beach at the resort was absolutely gorgeous. The pristine sands and clear waters were a highlight of our trip, providing a beautiful and relaxing environment. Customer service was generally good, with a particular standout being Daniel at Hacienda. He went above and beyond to assist us on multiple occasions, demonstrating exceptional dedication and hospitality. His efforts were much appreciated and made a positive difference in our stay. In summary, while the food quality at Grand Bavaro Princess was a significant letdown, the beautiful beach and excellent service from staff like Daniel helped to redeem our experience somewhat. That being said I would not stay here again and altogether would strongly have to rethink returning to DR.
