In common hotel is in good condition, but it was a big surprise that management of the hotel stopped supply of bottled drinking water.Instead they offered to collect and drink water from water filters. We don’t think it’s a good idea because we don’t have information when water filters was changed last time.And nobody guaranteed quality of water.As you know a large amount of diseases transmitted by water.

The hotel is good and next to the beautiful beach. The staff is very helpful. I particularly want to point out Chef Wagner who was kind enough to accommodate me with food, since I have diet restrictions.

Property was very clean and the service was exceptional. The nightlife could've been better but it was a very fun time staying at this resort.

The beach is gorgeous and clean, but very very crowded. Many vendors approaching your chair makes it difficult to relax. There was never any beach service for drinks and no swim up bar which was different than other all inclusives we’ve visited, but not a huge deal. The staff was almost too friendly. Many of the men made advances that left us uncomfortable and felt very unprofessional. The food was simply not good. We were able to dine at the a la carte restaurants most nights without a reservation because they were empty. It felt shady to us that they make it seem like you need to eat at the buffet. Still, the a la carte restaurants weren’t very good. The room was clean and comfortable and drinks were good so not all was lost, but we still wouldn’t return as we’ve had much better experiences elsewhere. I ignored reviews feeling that people are too picky, but the negative feedback is unfortunately very accurate.

Rooms were very outdated and food was always cold at the buffets. There is a huge language barrier if you only speak English, staff will just ignore you or not even try to help. No maps and the reservation process for the specialty restaurants was a pain. Beach and pools are great, looked much better than surrounding but overall a lot left to be desired.

The staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful. The property was maintained and ground’s pretty but the rooms were dated and no frills. I expected more for over $300 a night and the food was pretty bad.
