When I booked this hotel through Expedia, the rating was 4 1/2 ⭐️. This hotel is a 3 or 3 1/2⭐️. My family and I were very disappointed in many areas that I don’t even want to think about it anymore, I’m just glad I’m back home. This was my first visit to the Dominican Republic and honestly might be my last.

We have been in many other resorts, this resort is the best family resort we have stayed at. The fun is non-stop…super safe for the kids. Lots of staff to watch the kids. The food quality is great and the drinks are made fresh with good quality liquor. They serve Presidente Beer and Budweiser. The bed in the rooms are very comfortable. The place is clean. The staff is super friendly. The A La Carte restaurants are super nice specially the Hibachi one and the Italian one named Focaccia. The Cafe is just like being at Starbucks but much better. We will return to this resort. Some of the areas are not new but they definitely take great care of the property.

This was our first time taking our kids on vacation and although ours are a little older, our 9 year old son made freinds and everyday looked forward to hanging with them in the pool. So as for kid friendly yes this one is.

Family club was great! The beach was perfect, the pools were clean. Some restaurants were better than others. Room was cool and clean and the trolly was fine. We used Nexus to get to and from the airport which was smooth and easy. They have lots of things for kids and families and the buffet was adequate.

We stayed in room 9110 from june 26 until june 28. We were greeted by Yoshmarlin in the family club and although our room was not ready as of yet we were provided with braclets to eat lunch and facilitates The toom was clean and cool with an adjustment to the thermostat. The beach was beyonf beautiful. The main pool was very warm which was odd but none the less clean. The kids club by the beach was cute but lacked supervision of children entering and exiting. The food trucks were great to get a quick bite by the beach. The coffee shop was amazing. We ate at the italian and pescador and enjoyed our meals, althoufh the buffet at the main lobby had great food .The service we experienced from staff was pleasent abd quick., there were a few occasions where the line was long but the entire staff worked incredibly hard to accomdate every guest as quikcly as possible. The kids club by the family club look3d nice but we never made it inside due to the awesome waterpark. They had activitws for the kids thru the day and some at night. The nature walk and property were amazinf. We did experience mosquiots but nothing a little off didnt help with, as the property has a huge mangrove and some beautiful wildlife. We would definitely visit again
