Beautiful property and facilities, good was to a poor standard, a lot of food was recycled and not fresh, my husband caught food poisoning after eating at the buffet restaurant. Overall disappointing experience. We also had issues with the safe in our room, we had to call maintenance twice as well as the card lock on the door in our room which stopped working. My iPad was stolen from the room.

It really nice has room for improvements but i did have a good time .the resort stops all activities at 11 so you have to take a shuttle if you still want to have fun after 11 the staff was nice they did have entertainment though out the day n night it is a adult resort so i was really thinking ot would have more to do but i still had a good time the foods at buffet every night was something different the food at rio was good there is a few other restaurants to eat at also you can always go to the other resorts thats princess and eat or just go hang out we met so many people from everywhere the beach is beautiful

Worst property ever stayed at. Had so many problems and after contacting staff first they were rude and then they said they will work on problems like noise outside room, drill machine noice early morning, shower drain not working, poor cleanless, my bag chains were open when I came to room, stains on bedsheets and towels. I asked to move out one night early and they said no refund provided and asked me to contact Expedia. And what Expedia did is nothing, instead I was not able to check out and ended up paying for additional night at this resort worst. Expedia didn’t help me even in getting any refund. Hotel and Expedia both just ignore their customers after they have received money in their pocket. Worst hotel/resort ever experienced. Not worth.

On my 8th visit here as a solo guest. The resort is situated on the beach with plenty of sun Ed’s for everyone. It’s a relatively small resort of about 250 rooms so you can walk one end to the other in 5 minutes. All the staff are friendly and helpful, must mention Alfredo the buffet waiter who looked after me well, and Felix the bartender at the Mare Nostrum! The resort is kept safe by security patrols 24/7. The gardens are well maintained, the resort is very clean throughout, the food is reasonably varied and something for everyone along with a 24 hour snack bar. There’s a good animation team keeping things going throughout the day and evening, though if you prefer to chill on the beach, that’s fine too. The rooms are rather dated now, but how long do you spend in them anyway?? They’re spacious, well soundproofed and with a hot tub inside and a balcony or terrace along with a fridge with drinks and a tv. I found the super king size bed firm but comfortable and have always slept well there.

The best feature about this resort are the staff members. Alejandro, Nelson, and so many others (really everyone) were excellent. Always courteous and willing to make the guests happy. We had a total of 4 rooms and 3 of the 4 were hot. We brought fans to keep ourselves cool. Additionally we weren’t given any face towels for bathing. We had to ask for them multiple times before they were provided. The food and drinks were just ok. They advertise that there is a 24 hour snack bar however there were times when it wasn’t open. This resort definitely caters to those who want quiet/chill time. If you prefer to be involved with the activities, then the better option is to stay at their sister resort next door. We did the following activities through the resort’s bookings: Bavaro adventure park, massages, party boat. All were excellent with the exception of the party boat. The Infinity party boat seems to be the better one to do instead of the one that the resort has to offer. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. The group you’re with really does matter and our group was fun fun fun! Although I loved the staff members, this resort is not one that I’d return to again. Thank you to all of the staff who helped to make the trip a fun one!

Be aware of the front desk staff, My son left his cell on the taxi, the taxi driver came back to the hotel to return the phone The bellman received the phone and took it to the front desk….. Front there the phone was lost, one person give it to another and no phone We asked for the manager and there was none available At the airport my son check the location on his Apple Watch and it showed the phone at the parking of the hotel Once we got to the US, we checked the location on the Apple Watch The phone was about an hour away from the hotel. Note The phone got to the front desk and there was lost, the same people in the front desk that has access to your personal info like credit card number, if you are out of the facilities on an excursion etc….

Customer service was amazing, everyone was very friendly and polite. The bartender Felix España at the beach bar is the best we ever had. Servers Juan Pablo and Cristobalina made sure our dinner services were the best. Front desk supervisor Ana ensured our stay was exceptional. Shout-out to all the entertainment staff for making us laugh and have fun! We really enjoyed hotel property and the beach. Would highly recommend to stay at this place.
