First day of arrival, went to get ice cream in their ice cream shop- it was swarming with flying insects, inside the shop and ice cream too, had to take the ice cream cup from my kid since i found a giant insect inside it, really disgusting! Food in buffet was great, they also have restaurants that you have to schedule ahead via their app but its very disappointing since it always shows as full and you have to go to recption to figure it out. At one day the hotel hosted cheap jewelry and ciggars sales people, they are very pushy and harrasing. I came with my kid 4yo and a baby, they gave us a room on the 3rd floor, no elevator. Only after we complained we got a room on the 1st floor. Unfortunately the room had a bad fridge and smelled like sewer when we turned on the AC, which had to be on all the time since its very hot there. Overall we had a good time, pools are great and clean, drinks and food available everywhere you go. Staff was mostly nice and considering.
