This is the cheapest all inclusive in the region, so keep that in mind. The property is fair for the price, simple but delivers what is promised and the staff compensates with an amazing service. You need to walk on the street for half block to reach the beach, this is unconfortable. This hotel has the only "mall" with fair price I could find around here. The experience is exaclty what is promised, however, this is not a fancy all inclusive experience.

The Staff was amazing! Breakfast, lunch and dinner were delicious. The beach is super close like a 35 second walk. The area itself is close to everything! The rooms and and bathrooms completely outdated we had to switch rooms and still very displeased but we were only there for a few nights and checked in to another hotel.

tuvimos una muy mala experiencia con la atención de la recepción, tuvimos una gotera en el baño desde el primer día y nunca nos dieron solución, 4 días seguidos tuvimos que ir a pedir toallas limpias, cuando hacían la habitación únicamente tendían la cama pero no barrían ni trapeaban, también nos encontramos con una cucaracha dentro del baño de la habitación. no recomiendo este hospedaje en lo absoluto

El gerente del hotel y la encargada de servicio al huésped, Scarlet, salvaron mis vacaciones, ellos saben de buen servicio y solucionan al momento. Me sentí apoyada y escuchada por ellos. The hotel was very clean and the staff were all friendly. Our front desk clerk made sure we had everything we needed and even checked with us frequently to make sure we were ok. The beach is a very short walk away and I felt safe walking to and from there because there was always security staff around keeping an eye on things. The food was delicious. Authentic Dominican food every time. I was very happy with how tasty and fresh it all was. There were a few stores and shops very close by and stocked with all our needs. I will definitely come back to this resort.

Main floor, with patio...couldn't lock patio door...used 2 drawers to secure door. Hot water was a luxury, we had 2 days out of 12 days of hot water. Plumbing and electrical issues are common. Beach access, very small and not the best. Only went to the beach once. Room doors do not have automatic closers so listened to room doors slamming at ALL hours.....so loud it was like a shot gun blast. I wouldn't stay here nor recommend it. Food selection was average.

I had to adjust initially (do to personal reasons) but once I did we ended up having a great time! I wanted to change rooms & they were fully ready to accommodate my request! I do appreciate them willing to accommodate me. The food was pretty good as well! My fiance & I purposed to reach other here so it'll always have a special meaning to us!

Llegue el viernes 6 de Marzo por la noche. La habitacion no estaba habilitada propiamente, no estaba limpia y are acondicionado no funcionaba. Clean room: deberian de mejorar en el aseo, especialmente en los baños, no son limpios aunque el personal de aseo lo haga! Staff: muy servicial todos

This hotel has the worst water quality I have ever visited so far. Please DO NOT let this water touch your lipa. Bursh with drinking water. Water smells like gutter. I wish there was an alternative to avoid taking shower. Beds are not comfortable for sleep. Beer tastes like lemonade. Only one option. Some drinks with local Rum are available which I did not taste. Not everything is negative, the staff is super friendly and they provided water bottles whenever needed. Food is so-so. I would have not written negative review if their water quality is better. I asked a worker and as per him the water is treated by the hotel and is not city supply. By the way the photo you are viewing is not from this hotel. I will not repeat this one.
