"Great location and overall nice hotel. Breakfast great, lobby bar is great. Close to the overground. Great neighborhood hotel with some great pubs within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again."

"Great location, the complimentary breakfast was basic but fine and very welcome.
Rooms are fine, reasonable size and clean.
The stand outs for us were the staff, particularly Ghizlane and Katarina who could not have been more helpful and friendly, they are a credit to the hotel."

Very nice hotel with a spacious room on the top floor. As a forewarning, there are no lifts! There is a restaurant downstairs that we did not get to try, but always seemed busy. There is also a speakeasy-esque bar in the basement. All of the employees were extremely nice and willing to help in any way. The room and hotel was very clean, and we really enjoyed the overall aesthetic that was present throughout the entire hotel. The location is a bit off the beaten path, so if you want something...

I had a lovely stay at the King Charles Hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the local area, offering great advice on nearby places of interest and attractions.
The breakfast was plentiful, with a good selection, and the
staff was always courteous and welcoming. Although the rooms were a little dated, they were clean and comfortable. Another bonus was the hotel bar, which offered an array of food choices which was a welcomed convenience after a long day of...

Always stay here staff are excellent. Hotel room has everything we need and sitting out looking onto the lake is stunning
Food is reasonably priced and you can have it brought to your room for a service charge. Breakfast is good or if you’re going out for the day they offer sandwiches instead.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Camden. Tan was very helpful, providing us a very early check in. Room was large (executive) with balcony and view. Breakfast was included and quite a nice spread with good quality. I would highly recommend!

Nice area. A little bit of a train ride in, but doable, if going for the typical tourist attractions. We chose because there were 3 of us and wanted 2 beds and more space. Good breakfast and convenient store across the street.

Staff was very friendly, the spa and rooms were very nice. Only complaint was that we had many issues with the lighting and curtain controls in the rooms. But everything else was perfect. Very nice hotel and close to major train station

The staff is the best!!! The hotel has a modern feel, very clean and comfortable -- the room and shower were a bit small but functional. We loved our stay of three nights and will return...great location as well.

Really beautiful hotel! Loved the indoor garden and the hotel staff, plus the rooms are trendy and nicely decorated.
Pros
Excellent hotel staff
Food is good
Hotel has a nice vibe
It is located in the heart of London(walking distance to many places)
Bar is awsome
Cons
Room is small
Suprised to not see a pool or spa inside the hotel for beeing a 5*
Would go ther again if I am able to find a room at a reasonable price

Our room was in the basement and sooo nice and quiet. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Hotel staff were helpful and the surrounding area had all the restaurants we needed.

The Cura was a delightful surprise. We booked last minute and in a hurry. We were very pleased. The hospitality is superb, even “old world.” This is not a fancy or big hotel but the dining and meeting area is very tastefully decorated, the food is excellent and the service is first rate. The room was more than adequate and comfortable. The Cura is a short walk up the same street directly to the Earls Court tube station. Highly recommended!

Hotel staff is great and very attentive. The hotel itself is a quick walk from a few Tube stations (including Heathrow Exp at Paddington), and very close to Kensington Gardens. Clean and modest bedroom/bath. Hotel layout is a bit quirky. Simple and fresh breakfast spread.

Excellent option for a Shabbat stay. Chabad Lubavitch of Bloomsbury is only a two-minute walk away, and Central Synagogue on Great Portland Street is also just about five minutes on foot. The hotel staff is extremely attentive and helpful, including assisting with opening doors during Shabbat. Highly recommended for observant Jewish travelers.
