The hotel's location is superb and the staff is good. The staff is generally very helpful. The rooms were on the small size but since we were out and about all day long it didn't really matter. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast but there are many great optioned just around the corner.

I had the best hotel service of my life at this hotel! The staff are absolutely amazing! Pablo the manager is one the best people in customer service I have ever met. I have travelled the world and never been treated how we were treated here at this hotel. He was fantastic and I hope to come back again and I would never stay anywhere else :) thanks for everything Pablo and your staff :) also location location location!!!

The staff at Resident Soho are spectacularly helpful, personable, and professional. Pablo and Ester took great care with us. The rooms are nicely appointed—the kitchenette is most welcome for warming a croissant or making a cup of tea. The Wine Hour is a leisurely and friendly occasion. The location is an easy walking distance to theatres, historical site, and all of central London. This hotel is, like Mary Poppins, practically perfect in every way.

Location is really central, plenty of amenities and transportation close by. The room itself was very clean and quiet but the only thing I didn’t like was the pillows. They were way too soft.
