Hotel sites say they have it but they don’t tell you it’s not used during low season, even if it’s 28 degrees outside . Lovely helpful front desk, they do stick to 4pm check in, so be aware, but the rooms are clean and the beds comfy. Fresh water daily, no sugar so take your own along with coffee bags if you need coffee in your room. Great uber taxis, cheap and reliable."

"With Department store and many convenient facilities nearby, everything—from transportation to dining—was very accessible. The staff (especially concierge staff) were also extremely kind and helpful , so every stay has been a great experience. It’s my go-to hotel whenever I visit Busan."

"Smallest room I ever stayed in. When I asked if there was a larger room that we could upgrade to and pay for, since we were booked for 3 nights, I was told that all rooms in the hotel were the same size, even though a sign listed larger rooms at higher rates. Breakfast was mediocre. My wife and I needed extra pillows, and practically had to scream before we could get them by our 2nd night."

"This stay was perfect for my friend and I because of how much we had planned and traveled around Busan. It is very close to the airport which made traveling to Jeju an easy experience. The staff was fantastic, so nice, and extremely helpful. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Busan. "
