“Laid back, pushy for tips, slow staff. Frontdesk checkin staff was rude. Checkin-checkout process is slow. Very inconvenient bathrooms for old parents. Terrible extra bed mattress.”

“Rooms are very small with no ventilation very difficult to stay with kids. Reception is not proactive we asked for water in the room multiple time but no one delivered so we had to get it from Resturant every time ourselves. Resturant and breakfast is good. If you are travelling without kids and for overnight stay then hotels is fine.”

Easy to find Ubers, autos, and lots of shopping within walking distance. Many temples, and handicraft stores are within a 10 minute walk. The amenities were spectacular. After booking and before checking in I was plagued by calls, some in the middle of the night, asking fro more money on top of the booking amount I’d already paid, then told the booking would be cancelled if I didn’t pay. When I asked why I was being asked to pay double the amount agreed and already paid, I was called ‘intolerable’ by the hotel manager - for simply asking why I was receiving……

“location staff are okay, bed not good, no hot water , rooms are giving bad smell . the room rent is too high its not worth more than 1500 per day. where as it was charged 4700 per day. the hotel people say the rent will be 2500/- per day including breakfast. and you people charged 4700 per day. its bad on your part . i decided not to book through your website in future.”
