“Excellent staff, polite, helpful. Excellent food for breakfast, dinner and in-room dining. Small but clean pool and small but modern gym. The only area for improvement is housekeeping: mold in shower area, on built-in shelf for shampoo and dust under baggage counter, next to mini-fridge. Carpet in room was worn out and needs better vacuuming. We will book this hotel again next time we visit Odisha.”

“The room itself was good (though not 4 star by any means). However the property looked nothing like its picture. They put us in a golf cart and then drove around to the back. Along the way there was construction debris and some stray animals. Then they took us to the “D wing” which looked like a basic budget motel front. Room service and staff were good.”

“The hotel made me wait for nearly an hour and a half to allot a king-bed room, which was finally provided at 5:30 PM. This was despite the fact that I had visited the hotel at 8:30 AM and discussed my room requirement in advance. There was no senior staff member available to address the issue at the time.
