"The inside of the house has been completely updated and is very nice. The front deck gets the morning sun and the back deck afternoon sun so it is perfect for enjoying the decks. The location is great for access to local shops and restaurants and the beach. It is on a fairly busy street but that is the trade off for being able to walk to so many places. "We really loved our stay in the mountains. Our only gripe was the lack of a regular coffee machine, there was only an espresso one. Which is nice but we like our regular cup of joe. Also, the owners should mention the gravel road up to their property. This came as a bit of a shock to us and getting there required a good gps system. "We loved the location. Being able to walk off our patio right to the pool was great, and having the big lawn as a backyard was a ton of fun. Also, the kitchen was well stocked with spices, sugar, oil, etc and the BBQ was great! We were also pleasantly surprised that the patio furniture had been updated since the photos were taken.
