Welcome to Fox Lane Retreat, your ultimate mountain escape in the heart of Quechee, Vermont! This fully renovated, dog-friendly home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Surrounded by breathtaking views of Killington and the Green Mountain Range, this quiet retreat is just two miles from downtown Quechee.



Inside, the home is thoughtfully designed across two levels to maximize comfort and connection. Upon entry in the mid-level, step upstairs to the living area, kitchen and dining, and primary King suite. The upstairs level features a sunny, open floor plan with a spacious living room filled with natural light, comfortable furniture, a gas fireplace and a large Smart TV for cozy movie nights. Adjacent to the living area is the fully equipped kitchen, a chef’s dream with modern stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, and stunning Vermont Verde Antique Serpentine stone countertops. Access to the second-floor deck is available from the living room, which offers stunning views, ample seating, a BBQ grill, and a hanging egg chair, making it an ideal spot to relax or enjoy outdoor dining. Down the hallway a shared full bathroom is available and the luxurious primary King suite, offering a peaceful retreat with its own Smart TV and an ensuite bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower and his-and-hers modern vanity.



The lower level provides additional sleeping and functional space, perfect for families or groups. Two rooms offer queen bedrooms and the 3rd bedroom with two twin beds and a wall-mounted Smart TV, ensuring everyone has their own space to relax and recharge. This level also features a spacious shared bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual vanity, as well as a convenient work-from-home area in the hall with a desk, chair, and monitor.



The screened-in porch, located off the main living area, is a true highlight of the home. With ceiling fans, ample seating, and a Smart TV, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy the fresh Vermont air while staying cozy and comfortable. In the summer months, members and renters can enjoy several outdoor activities. The Club offers two championship 18-hole golf courses, Lakeland & Highland, with stunning scenery and conditions. Tennis courts are spread throughout the community with professional tennis lessons and enjoyable competition. Renters can also enjoy the state-of-the-art aquatic center featuring an indoor & outdoor pool with an active kid's zone. In the winter months, Ski Quechee is our featured amenity. Open Friday through Sunday, take the family out for an exciting day on expertly groomed terrain. The Club also maintains heated platform tennis with warming huts through the cold months to keep your paddle game sharp. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 14 days (or less) prior to arrival date. We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check in. We do typically check in with guests by text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions.
