This is a lovely hotel with large spacious rooms. They are quite dark and could do with better lighting. Staff are friendly and helpful. I reduced my star rating due to the bombardment of emails and messages received from this hotel before arrival. We were staying for one night and leaving at 4.40am for the airport. On the first email asking for more details from me and then trying to upsell their services, I did reply to say the circumstances of our stay meant we would not require anything extra including breakfast. The computer then generated another email every day for 18 days asking the exact same thing. Did not make me feel a valued customer, more like a target for sales. I would not return for this reason only.

Very nice, modern hotel. Only complaint was no facecloths in the bathroom. Breakfast was good. The man at the front desk (Anthony?) was really nice & he made some restaurant recommendations for dinner. He even walked outside with us to point us in the right direction. Would definitely stay here again.

Queens Film Theatre

An annual audience in excess of 72,000 is testament to the sense of loyalty that has been inspired by this superb Belfast cinema over the past 40 years. Catching a movie here is far from what you’d get at your standard multiplex, with two screens between them seating more than 3,000 people allowing for an intimate film-going experience. The Queen’s Film Theatre shows a healthy mix of recent films and classics from the past, but a refined ambience doesn’t mean it takes itself too seriously - the programme organisers take care to present fun crowd pleasers such as the Rocky Horror Picture Show on a regular basis too.
